Today we are going to the Imperial Palace, the main reason we came to Japan, and after a long subway ride and an even longer walk, we arrived. We viewed the gardens first before heading over to find the best view of the Palace.

On our way back to the hotel, we ran across the Yasukuni shrine dedicated to the war dead (2.5 million souls).

Finally it was time to head for our hotel. Another good day, but my feet hurt.
