Got the call from my salesman on Saturday, Forrest  River has finally got a fix for the tail light problem, and the unit I’m interested in has been repaired and they expect to have my recall letter on Monday. So all I have to do is arrange my flight down there to inspect it and drive it home.

This is definitely not the way I had planned on doing this, I will have to plan a different route home to avoid all the snow, but it should make for an interesting time and an awesome Christmas present, too bad I won’t be home to celebrate it with my family.

With the cold temps expected this week of -30F by the weekend looks like I’m going to have to go much farther south than I had previously thought. Here is the new route.

Bags are packed, flights booked and I’m leaving tomorrow evening. Should be fun.
