Left Victoria yesterday, spent a nice night with Alex and his family before leaving in the morning.

Our day got off to a bit of a bumpy start, with a maintenance light popping on but I managed to get that all sorted out. Then the real problems began our GPS unit kept locking up and made getting out of Vancouver a real problem.

For some reason our Android head unit started locking up messing up our tunes as well as causing the  problems with our nav unit, fortunately a reboot got it working again for a little while long enough to get us out of Vancouver and heading for Williams Lake.

So we continued on rebooting the head unit every 30 minutes or so which sorta worked but the last time it locked up on us we didn’t notice and ended up going 50k in the wrong direction after that I started using my phone not a perfect solution but it will have to do for now.

It was an incredibly hot day but we made it to our favorite spot Walmart just in time for dinner.

Hopefully tomorrow goes better.
