A very relaxing day today, we slept in late and had a leisurely breakfast before heading to the spa for our massage.

The massage was amazing and by the time it was done I was totally relaxed. Then it was off to the whirlpool a quick sauna and cold dunk before heading back to the room.

Had a delicious lunch down by the water which was only mildly ruined by the stuff washed up on the beach.

After that we headed over to the archery range to try our hand at it. It was very popular, there were over 20 participants all trying to win the prize of a nice bottle of rum. I did quite well but my 2 bullseyes were not enough to take the prize.

Once we finished we headed over to the gym for a nice workout before dinner.

Another great day here in the Dominican.
