Today is a travel day as our Holidays are coming to an end and it’s time we start heading for home. We are heading for some BLM land just outside of Zion National Park 300 miles away. Our travels take us thru golden hills and up and down some very high mountain passes (over 6600ft) as well as a quick visit to a petting zoo located at a fuel stop. We arrive at our boondocking site in the late afternoon, just in time for a quick FPV flight and to set up and enjoy dinner before viewing a gorgeous sunset. Not a bad day.
